Walters Management - Dues Payments
Walters Management contracts with Coronado Cays HOA to provide homeowners with account information and the ability to pay assessment dues.
Make payments via a checking/savings
account at NO charge or via credit card with a convenience fee through the
new banking partner, CIT Bank. Under this program, you may set the date
and amount of your assessment dues payment.
If you were previously signed up with the HOA for
automatic payments, you will need to register with Walters Management to
continue to have your assessments automatically paid each month.
To sign up for automatic payments or to make a one-time payment, go to propertypay.cit.com to register. In addition to your
individual account number, homeowners will need the management company id and
association id number below,

NOTE: Payments are due the 1st of of every month and considered late after the 15th day of the month. Credit card payments include a bank imposed 2.95% convenience fee.
