Dear Antigua Owners,

An Antigua Village meeting for owners will be held on 9 April 2015 at 7PM.

The meeting is at the Antigua/Bahama Clubhouse located in Bahama Village.

 The Agenda will be to present the results of the recent survey and present some solutions to fix the rapidly deteriorating infrastructure in Antigua Village.

The preliminary budget for Antigua for 2015/2016 is being worked and I hope to have something in draft form to present.

ANOTHER DATE:  

On March 26 at 2PM, the HOA Board will discuss three resolutions for the Member Handbook that pertain to Antigua Village. 
They are:

1. Penalties for parking in Front of Garages
2. Rules for wheel chair lifts to second story units
3. Ban of wood burning fire pits on patios.
