The County of San Diego, Department of Environmental Health and Quality has issued a Boil Water Advisory for the Silver Strand area of Coronado and Imperial Beach areas, effective August 24, 2023. This has made it very difficult for Loews to accommodate our meeting today, August 25, 2023.
Loews has offered an alternative date of September 14, 2023. The Board of Directors in concurrence with the Inspector of Elections has postponed the Annual Meeting until 5pm on September 14, 2023 in the Loews Coronado Bay Resort Commodore Ballroom. Balloting will be closed at 4:30 pm August 25, 2023 at the Coronado Cays Homeowners Association, 505 Grand Caribe Causeway, Coronado CA 92118, as if the meeting was taking place today. No ballots will be counted until the Annual Meeting on September 14, 2023, where all members are invited to attend. A dinner reception will follow in the adjoining Commodore Ballroom, foyer and terrace.
