Coronado Cays Homeowners Association appreciates the opportunity to provide comments on the Port's Trust Lands Use Plan Discussion Draft July 2023, which concerns 8,000 San Diego Bay water acres transferred to the Port's jurisdiction pursuant to Assembly Bill 507, codified as Section 5.7 of the San Diego Unified Port District Act.
