Dear Coronado Cays Homeowners:
Happy Thanksgiving! The fight continues . . .
The second of two public outreach meetings regarding the proposed development of North Grand Caribe Isle has been announced (see attached flyer). The meeting is promised to be a more traditional format, with a formal presentation and a Q&A/public comment session. Unfortunately, a Cays venue was not available based on the expected attendance numbers and previously booked events, so the meeting is scheduled to be held at the Marriott in Coronado on December 3rd from 9:30 -11 am.
Transportation, sponsored by the developer, will be provided via charter bus from the Coronado Cays, with the Coronado Cays HOA Office used as the pick-up/drop off location starting at 8 am.
Please plan on attending and expressing your opinion while hopefully getting some questions answered. The CCHOA is still collecting signatures on our online and in-person petitions opposing development of North Grand Caribe Isle and in favor of a future park. Visit https://www.ipetitions.com/petition/cottages-at-the-cayslink or stop by the CCHOA Office to add your name to the petition and support the cause! More than one adult per household can sign.
Sincerely,
CCHOA Management
