Dear
Coronado Cays Residents,

We’re entering in the home stretch of the holidays. A lot of us will gather with friends and family, G4S wanted to remind you it is important to stay safe. As we patrol the villages everyday; here are some helpful tips that will definitely helps us with reducing the risk of any major incidents that may occur.

PROTECT YOUR GIFTS – Whether you’re ordering things online or going shopping, you want to make sure you don’t leave an open invitation to burglars. If you are receiving any sort of packages, monitor and pick up your delivered packages promptly, be aware that unattended packages on the front porch are easy targets for theft during this season.

SECURE YOUR BELONGINGS – Burglars may attempt to break into vehicles, garages, and into the homes. Do not leave your gifts and purchases inside you vehicle or garage as it may also be taken if left unsecured. Verify the doors and windows in your home and vehicles are properly secured to prevent being a victim.

REPORT ALL SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITIES – Be extra vigilant in your surroundings. If you see, hear, or smell something out of the norm, please contact the Safety Team.

WATCH OUT FOR LIGHTS – According to the Fire Administration, electrical fires spike during this season. Please inspect the lights before stringing them in the house or the tree. Replace any broken lamps and throw away any frayed cords. This will help prevent any accidental fires. Be sure to turn off the lights while you sleep and when you leave your home, porch light being the exception.

We wish you a safe and enjoyable holiday season.
