Montego Village Kickoff Meeting Announcement 2017

TO: All Montego Homeowners and Residents

RE:  Pre-construction Kickoff Meeting

I am sure you are all excited to hear that the much-anticipated exterior renovation of Montego Village is scheduled to start May 22, 2017.  The construction will begin at the back of the village, Units 73-96 and will take approximately seven months, barring any unforeseen problems.  Before construction starts, each building must be tented for termites, which will require that residents move out for three days (two nights).  You will be given adequate notice in order to prepare for the termite tenting.  In addition, access to your unit(s) may be inaccessible for several nights during the installation of the new staircases, depending upon whether or not you are in a lower unit.

 

It is important that everyone, including renters, attend the kickoff meeting on Wednesday April 26 at 7pm in the Grand Caribe room at the CCHOA office.  Jon Wayne Construction will be explaining the project, the schedule and many other important details that you will need to know. 

 

The construction period will be disruptive, but we are confident that the end result will be wonderful.  Please make the time to attend this very important meeting.
