The Member Services Department executes routine administrative duties and is the primary person to answer incoming calls and greet the public. This department works closely with the General Manager, ensuring all maintenance work on the grounds is completed in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the homeowners and C.C.H.O.A. management.

Responsibilities

  • Distribute calls to appropriate departments
  • Customer service at the front desk
  • Creates & distributes work orders for processing
  • Mail service, Inter-departmental delivery, and Newsletters
  • Schedule Notary Public (by appointment only)
  • Maintains filing system
  • Schedule Clubhouse rentals
  • Key purchases & distribution
