Subject        Results of Antigua Village Special Assessment Vote

A quorum for Antigua Village was established with 76 valid ballots received by the Inspector of Elections, Director Becki Lock. The ballots for the Antigua Village Special Assessment vote were tabulated at the Board of Directors Open Session Meeting held on December 19, 2019. The final certified results of the vote to fund the epoxy lining of sanitary sewage waste piping are as follows:

In favor of Special Assessment:                  51
Not in Favor of Special Assessment:          25

The Special Assessment has been approved. Payment of the Special Assessment amount of $9,000 per unit is due on or before March 1, 2020. Invoices will be mailed to all Antigua Village homeowners in early January 2020. CCHOA will accept payment effective immediately to accommodate those homeowners who wish to make a payment in calendar year 2019.
