The Association is aware that the structures within the following Condominium Villages were built with asbestos-containing construction materials:
Antigua Village, Kingston Village, Mardi Gras Village and Montego Village
The Association is not obligated to make, and has not made, an inspection of the interiors of the units or buildings to test for asbestos-containing construction materials.
The owners, not the Association, are responsible for maintenance, repair and replacement of the interior surfaces of their units. Owners contemplating repairs or improvements that impact the unit interior surfaces are cautioned to determine if there are any asbestos-containing construction materials in the interior surfaces or other materials that will be affected and, if so, to use only properly licensed asbestos abatement contractors for any construction work involving asbestos-containing construction materials.
