The Board of Directors have asked us to alert you to the following schedule of work:

Jon Wayne Construction and Consulting will be startingstair repairs at yourunit.  The repairs will begin asfollows:

·        Units30: Monday-Wednesday,11/6 – 11-8

·        Units32 and 34: Wednesday-Friday, 11/8 – 11/10

·        Units36: Monday-Wednesday, 11/13 – 11/15

·        Unit38 and 40: Wednesday-Friday, 11/15 – 11/17

·    Units 42,44, 46, 48, 26 and28: Monday-Wednesday, 11/27 – 11/29

This willrequire a complete shut-downof your unit with no access onthe stated days due to fire safety and coderequirements. This repair workwas statedin theoriginal Homeowner Information package you
received.
