Montego Village Fumigation Bldg D Phase 1 2017


Dear Montego Village Resident,
The CCHOA has recently contracted with Thrasher Termite and Pest Control for the fumigation of;
Building D, Detached Garage Structures, and the Village Clubhouse

  • Fumigation begins: 8:00 a.m., Monday, May 15, 2017 
  • Tents will remain in place until: 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 17, 2017

Each occupant, including all pets must move-out for the duration of the fumigation.  Garaged vehicles must also be removed from the garage or at a minimum, all doors, windows and trunks must be unlocked and keys provided to the CCHOA.
Interior inspections will need to be performed by the licensed pest control technicians the morning of fumigation. Please provide keys to CCHOA Management for both your garage and condominium by dropping them off at the main office, located at 505 Grand Caribe Causeway, Coronado, CA 92118. Keys will be secured and technicians will be escorted by a CCHOA representative into each unit.  We encourage you to be present for this inspection.
The morning of fumigation SDG&E will be disconnecting gas meters. They will return to restore service to your unit after 12:00 pm on 5/17/17. After connecting the gas meters, they will need to access the interior of the condominium to fully restore service. Please make arrangements in advance to be present or provide access to the unit.
Attached to this notice you will find a second notification from Thrasher Termite & Pest Control, with detailed information regarding scheduling and fumigation procedures. You will also find an Occupant’s Fumigation Notice and Pesticide Disclosure form, as well as a Fumigation Security Notification. Please sign and return all three pages to the CCHOA no later than 2:00 pm on Friday May 12, 2017. Fumigation cannot begin until all forms have been signed, returned and interior inspections have been completed.
We hope you were able to attend the Montego Village pre-construction kickoff meeting on Wednesday April 26, 2017.  Representatives from the CCHOA Board of Directors and Management, Thrasher Termite & Pest Control and Jon Wayne Construction were present to answer any questions you may have had.  Nylofume fumigation bags were distributed to residents during this meeting, if you were unable to attend please contact the CCHOA so we can assist in receiving a Nylofume bags.
