Dear Kingston Village Residents,

The CCHOA will be performing asphalt repair and sealing of the Kingston Village guest parking areas. Guest parking areas will be closed from May 1-3^rd, 2017.

Due to the nature of this work, we request that you please park your vehicles on Kingston Court or Grand Caribe Causeway. Asphalt seal is an oil based material and if not allowed enough time to properly cure can be tracked onto adjacent concrete sidewalks and into your car or home. The CCHOA or contractor will not be responsible for asphalt seal that is tracked into homes or vehicles. Please move all vehicles from the guest parking areas prior to the start of work. If you have tenants renting your home please inform them of the upcoming work so they can also move their vehicles.
